Britt is a German artist living on Mallorca where she has discovered her passion for art and now she creates in her beautiful studio in the city of Soller, surrounded by nature and mountains.
Her sculptures are made of plaster. The anatomical forms that she sculpts do not follow preconceived structure but are instinctively modeled.

HOW THEY WORK is a nonprofit project that aims to bring together creative artists from all over the Balearic Islands.
The website seeks to present some rare, behind-the-scenes insights into the life and work of local artists and artisans at their studios. In order to capture the unique character of their work, we provided different photographers for each participant of the project. We hope this website will serve as a useful guide for anyone interested in discovering and supporting their work.
We strongly believe in local communities as a source of health, creativity and support. Nowadays they seem especially important against the selfish individualism and wasteful consumerism that contribute to the destruction of our planet. We wish this website to be the beginning of many beautiful relationships and creative connections.
